The Dial-A-Lift service is a transportation service which can be used to bring a person to and from an activity at the Centre.  Give us a call at 433-1886 for more information.

MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SHUTTLE

The medical transportation shuttle is designed to provide adults and Medicaid recipients in the community a ride to and from physician, medical testing and treatment appointments for a reasonable fee.

Persons using the Transportation Shuttle will appreciate the convenience of riding in a safe, clean vehicle that is operated by a courteous, professional driver.

Any resident of Niagara County and Medicaid recipients of all ages are eligible to use the shuttle.  Individuals may also private pay.

The van is strictly for transporting persons to and from scheduled medical appointments.  It is not an emergency vehicle.

Appointments can be made for weekdays, Monday through Friday.  Arrangements must be made 72 hours (3 days) in advance by calling 433-1939.  Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled ride.
