Hatha Yoga with Liz Cousins

Learn how to relieve stress and fatigue, increase flexibility, enhance your mental awareness and just have a better overall sense of well-being with instructor Liz Cousins. This relaxed, open class offered twice a week on an ongoing basis is for all levels; come as often as you like and work at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat. Still aren't sure? You're welcome to observe a class first 

Ongoing  Mondays 10:00 - 11:30

and Wednesdays, 1:30 - 3:00

Cost per class: $4 member, $7 non-member payable to instructor at class



Fit Rhythms


Join certified instructor, Carolyn Zimmermann for this nationally recognized fitness program that combines drumming, dance and rhythm into a wonderful, self-paced, aerobic workout for your whole body that burns as much as 9 calories per minutes. Good for any age or fitness level; increased movement, flexibility and lot's of camaraderie! Wear comfy clothes and sneakers. Carolyn will have everything else.

 

5 weeks, Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning
May 28; 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $50 member, $95 non-member
